EoI – Mudflat: City Constabulary Training Complex

The Mayor and Councillors of the City of Georgetown invites individuals and/or companies to bid for lease of Council’s mudflat section of the property at the rear end portion of the City Constabulary Training Complex located at Lot 13-14 Water & Holmes Street, South Cummingsburg, Georgetown.

Expressions of Interest must be submitted in a clearly marked envelope to the Office of the Town Clerk, City Hall Compound (Bottom Flat of the Mayor’s Office) on or before Monday February 28, 2022 at 13:00 hours.

Note:  Expressions of interest must be from companies and/or Individuals already operating in close proximity to the rear portion of the mudflat in question since the Constabulary Training Complex will not be offered for lease or rental to facilitate egress and ingress. This waterfront property measures 12,000 square feet.
