The M&CC Gardens section is responsible for the maintaining trees, plants and grass at City Parks, City Hall Compound, Monuments and Streets & Avenues.

Citizens can also notify the section about any public trees that are about to fall.

The main responsibilities of this section are:

  1. Maintenance of the avenues and re-creational grounds/parks by:
    • Trimming and cutting of trees
    • Planting of trees
  2. Maintenance of the monumental sites
  3. Maintenance of the Promenade gardens
    • Cutting of trees
    • Planting of trees etc.
