Mayor Narine receives Ghanian delegation ahead of Mayoral visit

His Worship Pt Ubraj Narine this morning received a delegation on behalf of the Honourable Sule Salifu, Mayor and Chief Executive of the Tamale Metropolitan, Ghana. 

The delegation which was led by Mr Jabir Mohammed discussed the preparations for the visit of the Mayor of Tamale. Also on the agenda was the twinning of the City of Tamale with Georgetown to assist in the sharing of skills and building capacity. 

The Mayor thanked the delegation and indicated that the areas of sanitation and waste management are of priority to the Council and such initiatives are welcomed.
